Become an exhibitor

With the form below, you can request to become an exhibitor at the Belgian Watch Fair.

We offer 2 options:

A regular table of 1m, including access for 1 exhibitor

€60,- excl. VAT
A large table of 2m20, including access for 2 exhibitors

€120,- excl. VAT

An additional option is to rent a luxury lighted showcase (€210,- excl VAT) to elevate your stand. This is an upgrade for a regular table.

Extra exhibitors are €15,- excl. VAT. We will provide you with a valid invoice coming from Time Counts BV.

Only 1 regular table allowed per order. Multiple large tables are allowed. Keep in mind that large (standing) clocks or large objects in general are not allowed due to limited space. For terms and conditions, please refer to the FAQ on this website.

I agree that my name and logo are used for marketing purposes for the fair and that pictures can be taken of me and my stand at the fair.

I confirm that I understand that my reservation is only valid when confirmed by the BWF organization.
